If you asked me at age 17 where I’d be at age 37, I would have stared at you blankly and said: “Dead? After all, most rock stars die around 27 or so right?”
Thankfully I’m not and I’m incredibly thankful for all of life’s gifts so far – even though my rock star status never eventuated.
This is the space where I get to share all of the cooking secrets I’ve cultivated over the years. From master-chefs and home cooks, handed down through generations, spanning different cultures and cuisines.
In a world of convenience & fast, casual dining, a career spanning 5 starhotels to fine dining. In kitchens that could have been called dungeons, boot camps, mosh pits or saunas.
These days you’ll find me developing “Food With a Conscience” at my own slice of paradise, Caffe Republic on the beautiful Gold Coast of Australia.
